IC distance communication

IC Communication:

Upon being welcomed within the order this will be done and required:
All of the members of the order have a means of communcation if they are not thralls, slaves, corruped and not yet among us:
They are given a sphere.

Each stone is shaped individually to the persons skull, they are all atuned to a stone used for issuing commands, The surgicaly implemented stones vibrate the message to the skeletal structure surrounding the head.. others don't hear it but the individual and its placed near the ear.

To communicate to your superiors or others a command word is needed thought not uttered to activate it. The Nightfather can activate and transmit to you regardless of the stone being deactivated. The Voice the same. Lady/Lords - Elites can only activate the stone of those they are "in charge" of. Most communication to your charcter goes on the same line and can thus be heard by "everyone". To  transmit in private manners, further codes are needed. But do note: Unless you are elite, lord/lady you can not reply in the IC Channel just recieve. So your replies goes directly to the person who spoke to you.
